Locally owned and operated in The Dalles, Oregon, MVProperty Management offers reliable, prompt commercial property management services to building owners. MVProperty Management is led by Kristi Timmons, a licensed property manager (license no. 201212047) who treats every property as if it were her own. With more than 15 years of experience as a business manager and project manager for a multi-national corporation, she is extremely detail oriented, well-organized and professional. A people person, she’s also flexible and responsive to people’s needs. No matter what the request, no matter what time of day, Kristi works hard to resolve problems quickly and effectively without interrupting the lives of building owners.

Kristi attended Boise State University, where she earned degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. She went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from Portland State University. Kristi moved to The Dalles in 1993, and has grown deep roots in the community. She currently serves on the board of the Mid-Columbia Health Foundation. When she is not working or volunteering in her community, Kristi is golfing, spending time on the river, enjoying local food and wine or traveling with her friends and family.
